Expert Coaching. Genuine Support.
Real Progress.
Meet SARAH PALMER.
Sarah has worked in the fitness industry for more than two decades, beginning her career as a personal trainer before progressing into roles including studio manager, gym manager, regional manager and business solutions specialist for fitness facilities.
Today, she is the founder of three successful fitness and wellbeing studios: The Fit Lab, The Loft Reformer Pilates and Drip Infrared Pilates. Each space has been created with the same clear purpose: to make movement feel welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for real people.
Sarah’s experience spans personal training, group exercise, studio management, Reformer Pilates, infrared Pilates, yoga, barre and online fitness. During lockdown, she continued supporting her community by teaching live classes from home and also delivered global online sessions for Fitness First.
What matters most to Sarah is how people feel when they walk through the door. She has built each studio around community, inclusivity and genuine connection, creating spaces where clients feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to progress at their own pace.
Her ethos is simple: fitness, movement, nutrition and wellbeing should feel open, friendly and accessible to everyone.
MEET JAYNE HARt.
With more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jayne is passionate about helping women over 40 feel stronger, fitter and more confident in themselves.
Her approach goes beyond workouts and weight loss. Jayne has continued to expand her expertise across personal training, Pilates, sports nutrition and menopause nutrition because she believes fitness should support your health, energy and longevity, not just change a number on the scales.
As the creator of the Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Plan, Jayne helps women move away from restrictive diets and short-term fixes. Her coaching focuses on realistic, sustainable changes that support hormone health, gut health, body composition and overall wellbeing.
Jayne’s style is positive, energetic and encouraging. She creates a supportive environment where women can train at their own pace, build confidence and enjoy the process.
For Jayne, fitness is about feeling capable, supported and strong enough to live life well.
