GROUP CLASSES

We have daily fitness classes running in The Fit Lab.

CLASSES

  • Get ready to lift, sculpt, and sweat! This high energy, 30 minute class uses a combination of dumbbells and resistance bands to help you increase muscle mass, burn calories, and build a lean, sculpted physique. We'll focus on full-body movements designed to make you feel the burn as you strengthen and tone. Get ready topple through and transform your body.

  • A high calorie burn in this class. You will use the barbell, a step and your own body weight. The format is simple but TOUGH! 1 min compound round with the barbell, followed by 30s of HIIT using your body weight then going back to that 1 min barbell compound exercise, then 30-45s rest. Repeat 5 intervals working the whole body, ending with a barbell and body weight finisher. Great music, even better vibe, and dare I say GREAT FUN!!

  • High intensity interval training workout using, resistance, boxing, slam balls and body weight. We will take you through your BOX n BURN session using short sharp bursts of exercise, it’s intense with a high calorie burn. The challenge with this session will be on the boxing section, be ready for that extra BURN.....
