FEEL THE BURN
Get ready to lift, sculpt, and sweat! This high energy, 30 minute class uses a combination of dumbbells and resistance bands to help you increase muscle mass, burn calories, and build a lean, sculpted physique. We'll focus on full-body movements designed to make you feel the burn as you strengthen and tone.

High calorie burn using a barbell, step and bodyweight. Simple format, serious effort. One minute barbell compound round, 30 seconds bodyweight HIIT, then rest. Repeat 5 intervals working the whole body, finishing with a barbell and bodyweight finisher. Great music, great vibe, great fun.

High intensity interval training workout using, resistance, boxing, slam balls and body weight. We will take you through your BOX and BURN session using short sharp bursts of exercise, it’s intense with a high calorie burn. The challenge with this session will be on the boxing section, be ready for that extra BURN.....
